Dr. Matthew Henry

Dr. Henry is a Canadian-born pediatric cardiologist who completed his core pediatric cardiology training at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia and has more recently completed subspecialty echocardiography training at the Hospital for Sick Children. He is also currently completing graduate studies (PhD) at the University of Toronto using ultrafast ultrasound imaging to assess RV diastolic function with blood speckle tracking. His other areas of research include the use of ultrafast ultrasound imaging to assess myocardial stiffness and high frequency epicardial coronary imaging in children with congenital heart disease.
