Dr. John Koller

Dr. John Koller is a pediatric anesthesiologist with more than 30 years of experience in congenital cardiac anesthesiology. He currently serves as the Zone Clinical Department Head of Pediatric Anesthesiology at the Stollery Children’s Hospital, where he oversees the provision of pediatric anesthesiology services in Edmonton for Alberta Health Services. Dr. Koller is also the Anesthesia Champion at the Stollery for the National Surgical Quality Improvement Project (NSQIP) – a project conducted by the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Koller earned his medical degree from the University of Alberta, and completed subsequent training at the Grey Nuns Hospital (Edmonton), the University of Alberta Hospital (Edmonton) and Dalhousie University (Halifax).
